This program is the key to Yoshinoya's restaurant success both in the USA and throughout the international arena.

QSVC = Quality, Service, Value, Cleanliness

We do not allow just anyone to take care of our customers; our restaurant managers are painstakingly recruited and undergo a thorough induction, orientation and training program extending to a minimum of 6 months before they are allowed to operate a Yoshinoya restaurant.

They are supported by a team of District Managers, each of whom take care of no more than 6 restaurants and are able to assist new, as well as existing managers in their responsibilities for customer service, delivery of excellent value, preparation of fresh, top-quality products and the unquestionable standards of hygiene and sanitation for which we have become known.

District Managers report, in turn, to Regional Directors, each of who take care of some 40 restaurants.

In addition to crew re-training, the Manager will need to attend specific classes or, if serious, may be re-assigned to a smaller restaurant or moved to a less responsible position.

In all cases, our District Managers will spend some time in all restaurants which do not achieve a perfect score monitoring customer service, food quality, hygiene and sanitation practices and the ability of our staff to deliver top value.
