Within the manager Trainee Program, there are five primary positions to advance to. They are:
- Manager Trainee
- Advanced Trainee
- Junior Assistant
- Senior Assistant
- Manager Candidate
Recommendations from a trainer, store manager, District
Manager or the operation department, are all
that's needed to move from one level to the next. A stable work history and recent
restaurant experience is preferred for management consideration.

Now, a fast track program is available for the "right person." This program is
perfect for an individual with 2-3 years experience in a quick-service environment
with some management knowledge at the Assistant Manager or higher level.
Their seasoned mature disposition is an asset in terms of quick comprehension
and the ability to 'hit the ground running.'
